Yes. If you’re self-employed, the premiums you pay for your own coverage may be deductible against your self-employment income. Any premium tax credit you take during the year is separately reconciled against your actual income when you file — and the two interact. We enroll you and prepare taxes in-house, so we look at both when you pick a plan. What you can deduct depends on your net self-employment income and whether other coverage was available to you.
Do you guarantee approval or the lowest price?Marketplace plans are priced by the carriers, so no agent controls approval or sets the price. What we do is check every plan you’re eligible for and walk you through the strongest one for your budget, including whether your doctors and your prescriptions are covered. That help is free.
Do you charge for your services?No. Our enrollment help is free to you. We may get paid by insurance companies if you enroll through us. This does not change your plan price.

When can I enroll?Open Enrollment is usually from November 1 to January 15. You may enroll at other times if you have a qualifying life event. Examples include losing coverage, moving, getting married, having a baby, or a change in income. We will help check your eligibility.

How do subsidies or tax credits work?If you qualify based on household income and size, the Premium Tax Credit can lower your monthly premium. At tax time, the credit is compared to your actual income. We help you estimate this early to reduce surprises.
